MULTI MEDIA KIT ORDERING

*This is why I ask that you do not pay in full unless you are very patient.
Hint: Everyone thinks they are very patient! Even me!

If you have bought more than a few multi-media kits you already know that patience is required.
For the rest of you and the first timers:
We have very few of these kits in stock. Mostly due to the cost.
When shipments arrive there are usually extra kits. These are usually gone in days.
Pre-ordering is a MUST to guarantee receiving a kit.

How we order and why it sometimes seems like forever.

STUDIO 27/MODEL FACTORY HIRO
We order approx. once a month. It depends on pre-orders or what new items they have available.
Generally after an order is placed we are usually invoiced the next business day. The kits usually ship the day after payment.
If there are Hiro kits in the order it sometimes adds 3 days but not often.

KA MODELS
Same as above. Unless he is away on business.

ACE/ORANGE HOUSE/WOLF*
We take pre-orders until we have at least a dozen kits to offset shipping charges.
We are then invoiced. We use bank transfers and it sometimes takes 3-5 days for them to receive their money.
The package is shipped 7-10 after that.
Usually EMS so it's here in 3-4 days.
That's at least two weeks after the initial order.

IRITANI
Ships as soon as kits are available. Takes 5-7 days to arrive.
We can pay after receipt of kits so there are no delays. But we still need enough kits pre-ordered.

PROFIL 24*
Again we need a minimum of 6-10 kits. It seems they only produce and pack on certain days.
It looks like these will take 6-8 weeks to arrive. But the kits are worth it.
In the past Lemans Miniatures and Renaissance have fallen into this category.
