How simple can we make
this? You pay I ship!
Insurance is optional only to regular customers.
Insurance is MANDATORY for:
First time customers.
All EBAY transactions.

INSURANCE/PACKAGE VALUE
Regular overseas customers: packages can be shipped First Class
International (kits, decals and small items) if
they are light enough. This can not be insured! If you want your package insured
it must be sent Priority Mail International or Express Mail. ONLY Express Mail
can be tracked door to door. All overseas packages will be sent as close to
exact cost as possible.
NEW overseas customers: packages must be sent insured for the FULL value.
If you insist on a low declared value because you will not buy the item
otherwise fine don't buy the item. I don't need the headaches if the item
disappears.
All overseas packages are sent as gifts or commercial sample, no receipts and no company name on the
package no matter what value is on the box.
MISSING PACKAGES
Missing packages that were
not insured can not be replaced in most instances. Please understand that when
you opt for the cheaper shipping. I don't want any hard feelings so please
realize this is the buyer's responsibility.
Overseas packages can only be traced after they are missing. If that sounds
stupid it's because it is stupid!!! USPS tells me they can not trace packages
once they leave the U.S. BUT they have always somehow found missing packages.
ONLY Express Mail or Global Express mail can be traced door to door for overseas
shipments. All domestic mail includes delivery confirmation.
For Domestic shipping T'N'T Hobbies uses Stamps.com for
our shipping software. If your package is missing but stamps.com shows it was
scanned and delivered it is up to YOU to start a reverse trace.
SLOW DELIVERY
I know sometimes language barriers and e-mail can make someone sound angry when
they are not, but do not accuse me of taking your money and not shipping your
item.
In this day and age when people blow themselves (and others) up in the name of
stupidity because someone told them it was a "good" idea it can mean huge delays
in overseas shipping. If you can't wrap your head around this idea please buy
your items from someone else. I have had shipments sent to the same country on
the same day that arrived six weeks apart.
Just because the Ebay shipping schedule or the online USPS site says Priority Mail
International should take 6-10 days does not mean that is when
your package will arrive. I've had plenty of packages
take 6-10 weeks. Of course the recipient was hardly happy or readily convinced
the item was even shipped!
RETURNS
There are no returns
allowed because of the condition of the outer box of the product. No
exceptions-EVER.
Original shipping cost is not refundable.
All items sold in the U.S. must be returned in perfect condition within 4 weeks
of the ship date.
All items sold in Canada/Mexico must be returned in perfect condition within 2 weeks of receiving the item. This means you will have to return it Priority Air Mail.
All items sold Internationally must be returned in perfect condition within 2 weeks of receiving the item. This means you will have to return it Priority Air Mail.
Please do not return the item without contacting T'N'T Hobbies first.
